Happy DOGE day!

Happy DOGE day

Hurray! Today we celebrate Dogecoin — one of the most fun and iconic cryptos out there. And yes, it’s still going strong!

How it all started

Back in 2013, DOGE was created by Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer as a joke. But the internet had other plans. Thanks to the legendary Doge meme and a super active community, it quickly turned into a real crypto phenomenon.

Today, DOGE is recognized worldwide — and even supported by Elon Musk. Not bad for a meme, right? 😏

What is DOGE day?

Since 2021, April 20 has been celebrated as DOGE day by the crypto community.

Why this date? It’s a nod to internet meme culture — and also a reminder of DOGE’s massive surge in April 2021, when it hit ~$0.45.

Since then, the community keeps the spirit alive, aiming (and dreaming 😉) of reaching the legendary $1 mark.

DOGE in 2026

This April, DOGE is already on the move — up 4.5% and gaining attention again. Coincidence? Or are people getting ready for DOGE day?

Fun fact: Did you know you can earn Dogecoin in CT Pool? Just switch your mining balance to DOGE — and you’re all set!
